The Institute for Democracy has been selected for the “Think and Link” Regional Policy Programme of the European Fund for the Balkans. As part of this research the Institute for Democracy will research and prepare a policy study on the topic “Is the Anti-Corruption Model Delivering Results in Macedonia?”. The study will analyze the effectiveness of the existing anti-corruption model in Macedonia, it will map the key institutions that move or slow down the fight against corruption and will examine alternative models that are being applied in other countries. In the framework of the research, the study will offer concrete recommendations for improving the anti-corruption model in Macedonia. The research will begin on May 1, 2012 and will last for 6 months. Main researchers on this project are Ilina Mangova and Misa Popovikj.
