This publication gives in depth analyses of the current law and judicial reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia. Special attention is turned to the impact of Europaen Union recommendations in the EU accession process, on the domestic judicial reforms.
