N\u00eb vitet e lartp\u00ebrmendura, shoq\u00ebria aksionare Lotaria Shtet\u00ebrore realizoi nj\u00eb fitim mbi 17 milion\u00eb euro, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 4.9 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vitin 2019, 6.5 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vitin 2020 dhe 2021, 5.8 milion\u00eb euro. P\u00ebrfitimi ekonomik shkakton interes t\u00eb madh n\u00eb organizimin e loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit, por p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr fitimit, ka edhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb pasojash negative si ndikimi n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin mendor dhe krijimi i var\u00ebsis\u00eb. Shtetet rregullojn\u00eb organizimin dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit me q\u00ebllim mbrojtjen e interesit publik dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, por edhe vendosjen e kontrollit mbi tregun e loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit, si dhe parandalimin e veprimtarive t\u00eb paligjshme. Organizimi i loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme ndryshon n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb legjislacionit q\u00eb mbulon k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb. Organizator\u00ebt e loj\u00ebrave duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin k\u00ebrkesat ligjore dhe t\u00eb ndjekin standardet e siguris\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e lojtar\u00ebve. K\u00ebto kushte mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb licencat, lejet dhe regjistrimet, garancit\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme financiare, inspektimin e rregullt nga autoritetet shtet\u00ebrore, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Shtysa p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftimi nga Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i par\u00eb dhe Ministri p\u00ebr Sistem Politik dhe Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve Nd\u00ebrmjet Bashk\u00ebsive, Artan Grubi se do t\u00eb formohet nj\u00eb lotari e re shtet\u00ebrore, e cila do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurrenc\u00eb ndaj asaj tashm\u00eb ekzistuese.
