Pandemia e Kovid-19 ka rritur k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb, pasi dezinformatat dhe manipulimi me opinionin publik hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndetit publik. N\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar dezinformatat jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb disa iniciativa me politika t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga Qeveria, si dhe iniciativa joformale nga OJQ-t\u00eb lokale dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrsa Kuvendi dhe komuniteti m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira shum\u00eb pak.<\/p>\n<p>Kuvendi n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut p\u00ebr momentin ka nj\u00eb rol jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb kufizuar n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr dezinformatave nd\u00ebrsa kjo tem\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb debatuar n\u00eb Kuvend. Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogaridh\u00ebnie nga institucionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse me at\u00eb q\u00eb ushtron autorizimet e tij legjislative, p\u00ebrdor potencialin p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe rrit nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr pasojat negative nga dezinformimi, duke e ngritur k\u00ebshtu \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar. \u00cbsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore q\u00eb Kuvendi t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim proaktiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar p\u00ebrhapjen e dezinformatave.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Kuvendi, organi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues dhe legjislativi n\u00eb vend, ka m\u00eb pak mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb te autor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrmbajtjeve me dezinformata, megjithat\u00eb mund t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb ndaj faktor\u00ebve q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb dezinformatat, si dhe ndaj aktor\u00ebve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapin ato. Duke pasur parasysh se fushatat me dezinformata nuk paraqiten n\u00eb vakum, ky punim analizon m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn strukturore dhe institucionale n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn vendi reagon ndaj dezinformatave, me fokus mbi rolin e Kuvendit. Punimi fokusohet mbi rolin e Kuvendit n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjen e politikave dhe mekanizmave p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn me dezinformatat, cili n\u00eb Kuvend \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr procedim n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet nga dezinformatat, si dhe deri n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb niveli Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb luftimin e dezinformatave.
