The handbook gives information on the electoral system, the political parties and the coalitions participating on the elections, including a list of all mayor candidates and a more detailed presentation of the candidates in 29 municipalities. This reviewed issue contains a report on the electoral campaign, the election results, summarizing the assessment of the elections and giving a review of the elected mayors, as well as the number of the party councilors on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Ralf Breth, the Ambassador of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Macedonia, Zlatko Dimitrioski from the Civil Organization MOST, PhD.
