Through training, mentoring and practical learning, 45 young people aged 15\u201329 will strengthen their competencies and work with municipalities, Local Youth Councils, youth organisations and employers.<\/p>\n<p>Project activities include organisation of a Youth Civic and Career Academy, visits to institutions and employers, the Civic Watch digital mechanism for identifying local needs, and collaborative workshops to develop solutions.
