The adoption of a new Law on Senior Civil Service has been identified as a key measure under the Public Administration Reform Strategy (2023\u20132030). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The law should not only improve the functioning of the administration, but also serve as a foundation and model for fostering the professionalisation of all employees in the public administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative to adopt a new law is a positive step;
