animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Institute for Democracy \u201cSocietas Civilis\u201c, Skopje (IDSCS) and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) office in Skopje present the first volume of the Republic of North Macedonia\u2019s 2025 Local Elections Handbook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The handbook provides an overview of the 2025 local elections, as well as the history of the country\u2019s local elections, the electoral system, and the participants in the electoral process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the elections, a second, updated edition of this Handbook will be prepared, which will include the results, as well as information about the campaign and the election process as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The handbook is available in English and Macedonian language and can be downloaded from the following links:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
