The author of the study is Dragan Gocevski, Assistant professor in administrative law and public administration at the Faculty of Law \u2018Iustinianus Primus\u2019, Political Science Department.<\/p>\n<p>The study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of affairs in the field of prevention of conflict of interest in the Republic of Macedonia. The author focuses on the legal framework, the national strategic goals for improvement of policies directed at prevention of conflict of interest, the responsible institutions and their competences in the field.
