You are reading the report of the field research conducted by the Institute for Democracy “Societas Civilis”-Skopje. The aim of the research is to determine the attitudes, perceptions and religious beliefs of the citizens of Republic of Macedonia in the period between 20 August and 30 September 2011 throughout the whole territory of Macedonia. The survey included 1090 respondents selected on the basis of the socio-demographic specifics of the country. The research is part of the project “Tolerance, dialogue, cooperation! Promoting inter-religious dialogue in Macedonia through capacity building for media and religious representatives”, which is supported by the European Commission and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The project is conducted by the office of Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Skopje and the Institute for Democracy “Societas Civilis”-Skopje.
