State, legal framework for prevention and effectiveness of the model
The focus of analysis in this research is a specific form of corruptive behavior, the use of public authorizations i.e. formal authorizations not only by people appointed and elected on political basis, but also by career civil servants in order to attain personal interests, financial, intangible or other types of benefits.
