This document includes the main findings and recommendations by civil society organizations in relation to combating corruption and good governance. The document is intended for the political parties and aims to support the process of development of programs for the upcoming parliamentary elections. More specifically, this document aims to contribute to the preparation of systemic solutions in the electoral programs, strengthening of anti-corruption commitments and promoting the development of evidence-based policies. In that regard, what is covered are main findings and recommendations from the civil society that target the current corruption problems, as well as recommendations for promotion of good governance. The data is taken from relevant surveys among civil society organizations, most of which are members of the Platform of Civil Society Organizations for Combating Corruption and the Blueprint Group for Judiciary Reforms. The findings and recommendations are classified according to the official classification of the functions of government and are aimed at the relevant institutions in the legislative, executive and judicial power.
