The platform of Civil Organizations for Combating Corruption and the Blueprint Group for Justice Reforms on several occasions have reacted to the work of the Judicial Council. Although measures are continuously taken to improve the conditions in which judges work, the impression is rooted that political connections or money are needed to get justice through the court. This leads to distrust in the justice system and judges.
The lack of due diligence, discipline and consistency in the application of solutions and mechanisms for judicial reforms leads to the failure of reforms. It is necessary to make a proper diagnosis of the problems and take appropriate measures to achieve results.
