Institute for Democracy in partnership with Stanford University organised the final event for the LAD Balkan Alumni on 21 May 2021. This lecture was delivered in partnership with the Delivery Associates on the topic of “Tech & Trust: How governments are using digital tools to be more accessible, accountable, efficient, and effective.”

The Delivery Associates together with the alumni explored the power of digital tools and how they can help governments deliver better outcomes for residents with specific focus on the case studies from Mexico, the USA, and Albania.

These activities are part of the “Fourth Regional Leadership Academy for Development for the Western Balkan” supported by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and the German Marshall Fund of the U.S.
