The Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC) and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis – Skopje (IDSCS), conducted several mutual activities connected to the local elections 2013, including research, monitoring of the electoral programs, campaigns, the media, the electoral administration and the election day itself.
Part of the activities included public opinion surveys on issues connected to the elections, the qualities of the mayoral candidates, the ratings of the candidates, the parties and the like. On 18 March 2013, MCIC, in function of transparent informing of the public, prepared a review of the surveys of each of the agencies, which published ratings for the parties and the candidates before the elections (see http://www.mojotizbor.mk/izbori-2013/rejtinzi-i-rezultati/rejting-anketi/564-anketi-od-rejting-agenciite.html). The review is made on the basis of published surveys on their web-pages, Facebook profiles and other media.
