Within the research project “Is the Anti-corruption Model Delivering Results in Macedonia?”, analyzing the effectiveness of the existent anti-corruption model in Macedonia, IDSCS conducted two focus groups, which have been used for the making of a document for public policies, with recommendations for the Macedonian anti-corruption policy. One focus group included experts and activists from the field of anti-corruption, while the second focus group consisted of representatives from the general public. The aim of the expert focus group was to estimate the expert opinions on Macedonia’s condition with corruption and the work of different state institutions having authorizations in the fight against corruption. It was also necessary to provide expert evaluation on the work and the composition of the State Commission for Preventing Corruption (SCPC) for the aim of this research.
